DoorDash Canada is looking for an Operations Associate to join our DashMart team in Surrey, BC. DashMart is DoorDash's own convenience store, and you'll be responsible for efficiently fulfilling customer orders while maintaining a high-standard warehouse environment. You'll play a key role in empowering local economies by ensuring customers get exactly what they need.
What You'll Do
- Pick and pack customer orders from the DoorDash app and hand them off to drivers.
- Manage inventory including stocking receivables and monitoring product shelf life.
- Clean and organize the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Ensure customer approval for any necessary order substitutions.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of success in a retail environment.
- Ability to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds (with or without accommodations).
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Compensation: $18 - $18 CAD per hour with a $2 increase for shifts between 10pm and 6am.
