Responsibilities
- Act as the primary medical affairs representative and subject matter expert in tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy for internal teams and external partners across the U.S. and globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Commercial Quality, Market Access, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs to advance organizational goals.
- Engage in Medical Affairs working groups to align on strategic initiatives and medical planning.
- Represent the organization at scientific conferences, industry meetings, and regional educational events.
- Deliver expert clinical review and input on disease strategy documents, slide decks, manuscripts, training materials, investigator-initiated trial protocols, advisory board agendas, standard response letters, and brand plans.
- Collaborate with Scientific Communications to design publication timelines, conduct gap assessments, and define core messaging.
- Engage with internal stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Operations, Commercial, Clinical Research, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Project Management, and Training teams to ensure alignment on medical strategy.
- Interact with external experts including clinical investigators, key opinion leaders, non-physician healthcare providers, and advisory groups to inform therapeutic area direction.
