ATI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. This senior role supports both hourly and salaried recruitment for our manufacturing facilities, focusing on delivering a high-touch candidate experience and developing effective sourcing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Conduct hiring strategy discussions with managers to understand the business, role objectives, and required competencies.
- Define and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional groups, job boards, direct search, and social media.
- Execute established diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
- Deliver high-quality candidate management through the ATS (ADP RM), including reviewing applications and dispositioning candidates.
- Partner with hiring teams to create and deliver competency-based interview guides and assessments.
- Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers through frequent communication, recruitment updates, and feedback gathering.
- Participate in or lead talent special projects within talent acquisition.
- Adhere to performance goals and standards.
- Participate in campus recruitment activities and build the ATI brand on campus.
- Attend networking events, professional events, and career fairs.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
- May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
