As the Specialty Recruiting Manager, you will drive end-to-end hiring strategies focused on Pediatric Dentists and Orthodontists across a network of dental practices. Your primary focus will be cultivating strong relationships with emerging and established specialists through direct outreach, event participation, and ongoing engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted sourcing plans to identify top-tier specialty dental talent across the country.
- Travel regularly to dental schools, residency programs, and professional events to build connections and promote career opportunities.
- Manage every stage of the recruitment process—from initial contact and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up.
- Host site visits and interactive events such as Lunch & Learn sessions to introduce prospects to practice environments and leadership teams.
- Nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates and upcoming graduates through consistent communication and engagement initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate preferences within specialty dental fields.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidate progress in internal systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven background in dental or healthcare recruitment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for frequent travel.
Work Environment
