Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 6-month contract to join our Talent Solutions team in Canada. You will contribute to the team's success by executing recruitment strategies and managing specialized hiring portfolios.
What You'll Do
- Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank resources.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and specialized portfolios, including intake sessions, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
- Recruit for senior, complex, and specialized roles, supporting more complex business lines and working with executives.
- Manage complex compensation negotiations with candidates and engage Total Rewards as required.
- Lead the candidate's talent journey, acting as a primary point of contact and building influential relationships.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders above the Director level from intake through to advising on hiring decisions.
