What You'll Do
- Support IT service delivery processes and day-to-day operations
- Assist with IT infrastructure and system maintenance tasks
- Participate in IT projects and service improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field, such as IT or Computer Science
- Basic understanding of IT service delivery and support processes
- Ability to work part-time as a working student
