CHS Inc. is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Herman, MN. This role performs essential administrative duties in a local community setting, supporting various departments and employees while fostering a strong safety culture.
What You'll Do
- Perform general administrative duties and complete special projects as needed
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet required timelines
- Generate correspondence, documentation, and operational or accounting reports
- Establish and maintain relationships with other administrative staff, providing back-up functions
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with employee records
- Greet and direct visitors, respond to routine questions, and provide general information
- Direct incoming calls and messages to the proper location
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, identifying and communicating workplace hazards
- Provide excellent and helpful customer service
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in Administrative Assistance and Support
- High School diploma or GED
