CHS Inc. is hiring a part-time Store Clerk for our Cenex Zip Trip convenience store in Billings, MT. In this fast-paced environment, you will be essential in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth store operations. This position offers schedule flexibility and clear paths for internal growth.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers promptly and assisting with browsing or checkout.
- Perform cashier duties including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
- Display and organize products for easy customer access.
- Maintain store appearance through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
- Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
- Monitor customers to assist in loss prevention.
- Assist with preparation of displays and promotions.
- Maintain a strong safety culture by following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
- Ability to meet the minimum age requirement.
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or GED.
Technical Stack
- MS Office Suite.
- Basic computer skills to operate store equipment such as cash register and timekeeping systems.
