Scotiabank is hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing Planning to drive sustained and profitable revenue growth through the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing programs. This role focuses on full-funnel marketing planning and the delivery of benefit-led campaigns to help the Canadian Bank achieve its strategic goals within an inclusive, high-performing, and purpose-driven culture.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Director to set and refine annual and quarterly marketing plans for your assigned portfolio.
- Partner closely with Marketing’s Customer Journey management groups to plan and execute customer-driven action plans and marketing programs.
- Continuously monitor consumer sentiment, market conditions, competitive activity, and short-term-demand opportunities to increase planning agility and budget flexibility.
- Work with Payments and Digital Adoptions Business Line teams to plan and execute Bank-wide action plans and marketing programs.
- Lead a customer-centric team accountable for acquiring, analyzing, and leveraging market research and data insights to establish the strategic direction for campaign briefs.
- Contribute plans and briefs that demonstrate a deep understanding of Bank-wide and business partner needs, ensuring buy-in and participation from multiple partners in a matrixed environment.
- Ensure campaign delivery leadership.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of the Marketing Planning and Delivery practice within Canadian Banking Marketing, reporting to a Director.
