Nutanix is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer with Nordic language skills to join the team in Barcelona. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, identifying key business challenges for customers and delivering tailored solutions with Nutanix technologies. Your role is central to developing account strategy and managing complex engagements.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions using Nutanix technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop account strategies and create impactful sales proposals.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to influence customer purchase decisions.
- Manage complex customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Lead technical evaluations and drive successful outcomes to support sales objectives.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with enterprise customers, positioning yourself as their go-to resource for technical insights.
- Develop subject matter expertise in Nutanix products and the enterprise vertical to effectively consult with customers and prospects.
- Set first-year objectives to grow market presence in the Nordic region and contribute to team revenue goals.
What We're Looking For
- 6 to 9 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Presales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
- Strong technical aptitude with a hands-on approach to enterprise cloud technologies, virtualization, and data management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to develop clear strategies and solutions.
- Fluent communication skills in English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian), both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in managing complex accounts and facilitating large sales transactions.
- Ability to establish credibility as a subject matter expert in technical disciplines relevant to customers' needs.
- Experience delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Commitment to continuous learning and excellence, with the ability to mentor peers and support onboarding.
