Join a skilled engineering team supporting critical infrastructure for a leading investment technology client. As a Support Engineer, you'll play a central role in maintaining system reliability, guiding technical escalations, and improving operational efficiency across hybrid environments. This position operates in a 24/5 support model and integrates closely with development and operations teams using Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical escalation point for Tier 1 engineers, providing troubleshooting guidance and mentorship
- Monitor and maintain hybrid infrastructure spanning Linux and Windows servers, Kubernetes clusters, AWS services, storage systems, and VMware virtualization
