Oversee endpoint and patch management across the organization's regional operations, ensuring reliable IT service delivery at Level 2 and 3. Drive automation, execute technical projects, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver consistent and efficient IT experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage endpoints using SaaS platforms such as Jamf, Workspace One, Digicert, and JumpCloud.
- Evaluate, test, deploy, and support software across endpoints, including post-deployment assistance.
- Oversee OS patching and manage the lifecycle of applications.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting methods.
- Automate routine tasks to improve platform efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and support.
- Provide advanced IT operational support at Level 2 and 3, including coordination with external vendors.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and platforms to minimize downtime.
- Lead end-to-end deployment of endpoint solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes and improved system performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience managing Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android endpoints, including Windows image deployment.
- Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf, Workspace One, Intune, JumpCloud, and Google MDM.
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM/Intune) and Windows Autopilot, with expertise in OS and application patching.
- Experience managing at least two core operating systems (MacOS, Windows, Linux), with knowledge of mobile OS (iOS, Android) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Background in implementing endpoint security aligned with industry standards, including PKI, SSO, and related protocols.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using Bash, Shell, PowerShell, or Python, with experience using AI tools to improve code and documentation quality.
- Strong background in advanced troubleshooting, change and incident management, and familiarity with ITIL best practices.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab is a strong advantage.
