As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining robust, scalable infrastructure for a secure digital asset platform. Operating in a high-performance FinTech environment, you'll ensure systems run reliably across production, testing, and development, with a strong focus on uptime, automation, and operational rigor.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and support critical services across multiple environments, ensuring resilience, monitoring, alerting, and on-call readiness
- Design, deploy, and manage efficient, large-scale cloud infrastructure with attention to cost, performance, and reliability
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve system performance, incident response, and long-term stability
- Automate infrastructure and workflows using modern tooling to reduce manual intervention and increase deployment speed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing systems in complex, high-demand environments, ideally within financial technology
- Solid grasp of DevOps and SRE practices, including monitoring, incident management, and performance optimization
- Proficiency with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting in Python, Shell, or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and full lifecycle management of software systems
- Familiarity with SQL and programming in Go, Java, or Python
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset focused on team outcomes
- A drive to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving technical environment
