Modern Health is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to shape and drive our Consultant Program in the Central Region. You will be the primary liaison between Modern Health and a targeted group of high-value benefit consultants, identifying new opportunities and strengthening our most important external partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the executive source and primary day-to-day contact to executive-level stakeholders and lead consultants at our partner firms.
- Drive qualified sales opportunities from Consultant Partners to the Sales team, ensuring consistent referrals to Modern Health.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Success teams to leverage consultant relationships for sales opportunities and streamlined renewals.
- Develop deep partner relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with internal leaders from Growth, Product, Clinical Care, and Operations.
- Build, customize, and present our solutions and capabilities, expanding the conversation around mental health strategies with innovation leaders in the benefits broker space.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space or in partnerships/sales in the vendor space.
- Proven experience working with benefit consultants and developing strong partnership relationships.
- A track record of meeting monthly and annual goals, including creating sales opportunities and/or meeting revenue targets.
- High EQ, strong interpersonal skills, polished communication, and success with large national strategic partners.
- A deep, cultivated understanding of the healthcare/benefits industry.
- Attention to detail, superior presentation skills, and the desire to lead high-visibility national strategic projects.
- A self-starter mentality, reliability as a team player, and the ability to deliver quality projects on time.
- The ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency.

- A Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, healthcare, health management, or well-being.

- Compensation: Zone 1 & 2: $246,600 - $290,100 USD; Zone 3 & 4: $221,940 - $261,090 USD + equity. Full-time employees are eligible for Modern Health's equity program.
