Nagarro is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer (ERP-Dynamics-Functional) to take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions from design through to support. In this role, you will provide finance process leadership, design and implement solutions, and ensure best-practice adoption across all finance modules.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end D365 Finance implementations including Fit-Gap analysis, Solution Design, Configuration, UAT, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live support.
- Act as the Finance Solution Architect for complex business requirements.
- Drive process standardization and optimization across finance operations.
- Engage with CFOs, Finance Heads, Controllers, and key business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs such as FDDs and BRDs.
- Lead workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT cycles.
- Provide strategic advisory on finance transformation using D365.
- Configure core finance modules including Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Posting Profiles, Ledger & Fiscal Calendars, Tax, Multi-currency, and Intercompany setups.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment with standards like local GAAP, IFRS, and SOX.
- Work with technical teams on integrations with banks, invoice booking systems, procurement, and other external systems.
- Oversee data migration strategies and validation.
- Oversee the development of financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Review configurations, functional designs, and test scripts.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of relevant experience with 5+ years total professional experience.
- Hands-on, expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Expert proficiency in Dynamics 365 ERP Accounts Payables and Account Receivables.
- Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 ERP General Ledger.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in D365 Finance.
- Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
- Experience with multi-legal entity, multi-currency, and global implementations.
