Responsibilities
- Act as a technical and industry specialist supporting sales teams in client engagements
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify client pain points and deliver tailored product demos that map to business requirements
- Respond to technical and functional inquiries from clients, partners, and internal teams regarding product capabilities
- Communicate customer-driven enhancement opportunities to product teams to influence roadmap development
- Collaborate with peers to share proven methodologies and standardized resources for improved team performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and market positioning
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as executive briefings, trade shows, user groups, and industry conferences
