Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare written materials including letters, memos, billing documents, and internal protocols
- Conduct research and gather factual information for initiatives led by senior legal officers
- Organize and manage travel plans, meetings, and calendars for the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel
- Develop meeting materials such as agendas and reports, and document and share meeting minutes
- Locate and retrieve data from files, emails, and records; summarize findings in writing when required
- Support internal division functions including budget development, hiring processes, and employee training coordination
- Provide supplementary assistance during external audit procedures
- Address and resolve administrative inquiries and operational questions
- Maintain and oversee recordkeeping systems in collaboration with the Law Department
- Evaluate and improve document management processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Lead temporary projects assigned by senior legal leadership
