Role OverviewJoin a forward-thinking financial services organization in a remote Senior Specialist, Sales Support position based in Toronto. This role delivers essential administrative and operational support to regional sales teams, ensuring accurate execution of sales processes, effective management of agent lifecycles, and timely delivery of performance insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive back-office support for the regional sales team, including account administration, contract renewals, and coordination with agents.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales pipelines, scorecards, and performance tracking tools to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage documentation and onboarding processes for new and existing agents, including banking setup and compliance requirements.
  • Support the full lifecycle of agent relationships—from initial lead classification through activation, ongoing management, ownership changes, and deactivation.
  • Respond to daily operational inquiries from sales representatives and agents, ensuring clarity and resolution within service expectations.
  • Compile and analyze regional sales data from multiple systems to generate actionable reports for leadership review.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in sales and agent support processes to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating regional sales initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business operations roles.
  • At least two years working with sales operations, project coordination, or business process improvement.
  • Proven expertise with PowerBI—intermediate to advanced skills required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or a customer-facing, fast-paced industry is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and CRM platforms used for pipeline and account management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively collaborate across departments are essential.

Technical Environment

The role leverages tools such as PowerBI for data visualization, Excel for analysis, Salesforce.com for CRM tracking, and various contract and account management systems. Experience with reporting platforms and digital workflow tools is expected.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote position with a primary location designation in Toronto, Canada. While the role operates remotely, occasional in-person collaboration may be encouraged when necessary. The structure supports flexibility while maintaining alignment with regional teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from 65,000 to 85,000 CAD, with total compensation including performance-based incentives tied to individual and company results.
