About the Role

Join C04 WUFS Canada, Inc., part of Western Union, as a Senior Specialist, Sales Support. In this remote role based in Toronto, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to a regional sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes, effective agent lifecycle management, and the delivery of data-driven insights that enhance business performance.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Regional Sales team with back-office administration, account management, contract renewals, and agent interactions.
  • Assist with sales pipeline updates, maintain sales scorecards, prepare contract documentation, and coordinate banking setups for agents.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for agents, including lead tracking, enrollment, activation, ongoing support, and ownership changes.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational queries from Sales and Agents with timely, accurate responses.
  • Track and analyze regional sales performance, consolidate data from multiple sources, and help prepare management reports.
  • Ensure sales processes, agent administration, and data management activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues within sales operations and agent support.
  • Contribute to the coordination and monitoring of regional sales initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administration within financial services, payments, or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working with data, including reporting and analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience with project management, business process, and sales operations.
  • 1+ year of experience with PowerBI, with intermediate to advanced proficiency required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, contract management tools, and reporting systems for tracking sales pipelines and agent performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, effective prioritization, and proactive collaboration across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ year of Salesforce.com experience.
