This field-based position serves as a key support to one or more District Managers within the Urology division, focusing on sales growth and customer relationship development in the Minneapolis region. The role emphasizes practical experience, professional advancement, and adherence to regulatory standards in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with healthcare providers to assess needs, deliver customized solutions, and support clinical procedures as required
- Partner with senior managers to execute business plans that expand current accounts and identify new market opportunities
- Develop expertise in product offerings and communicate clinical benefits through in-services, meetings, and approved materials
- Participate in training programs to build proficiency in sales techniques, territory management, and compliance protocols
- Coordinate with internal teams—including marketing, product management, and medical education—to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Maintain accurate inventory of demonstration products and consignment stock in alignment with divisional standards
- Complete administrative duties on time, including expense reporting, audits, compliance acknowledgments, and performance documentation
- Ensure all activities meet quality, regulatory, and ethical requirements specific to medical technology
Qualifications
Candidates must be able to travel as needed and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. The role requires regular driving, lifting sample cases weighing up to 50 pounds, and standing or sitting for extended durations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills are essential. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives, and uphold integrity in all business practices.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000, with eligibility for a performance-based variable bonus.
