As a Summer Intern in Sales, Marketing, and Consumer Insights, you’ll play an active role in shaping product innovation and go-to-market strategies within a global environment. You’ll work across teams to support initiatives that bring new ideas to life, from tracking product launches to identifying emerging consumer trends.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and document new product introductions across key consumer categories, ensuring data accuracy and team visibility
- Support internal product setup and updates in company systems, maintaining current and accurate records
- Collaborate with teams across functions to assist with testing, approvals, and evaluation processes
- Track and organize launch-related materials to support portfolio management and readiness
- Scan social platforms and digital spaces to spot rising trends, viral products, and shifting consumer behaviors
- Produce weekly reports that highlight actionable insights in fragrance, beauty, wellness, and consumer goods
- Turn trend findings into early-stage concepts using moodboards, competitive analysis, and ideation frameworks
- Support sales activities such as sample coordination, customer meeting preparation, and competitive product procurement
- Assist with logistics for consumer testing and day-to-day project coordination
What We’re Looking For
You’re currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Marketing, Business, Consumer Insights, Communications, or a related field. You’re curious about how brands connect with consumers and driven to understand what shapes preferences and behavior.
- Passionate about digital culture and social media trends
- Detail-focused with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Skilled in written and visual communication
- Comfortable collaborating in fast-moving, team-oriented settings
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with visual storytelling or moodboards is a bonus
