Key Responsibilities
- Develop project strategies, timelines, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals
- Track and improve Key Process Indicators by comparing results against baseline data
- Ensure all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards
- Monitor task execution to guarantee 100% resolution within established timeframes
- Deliver comprehensive weekly reports covering service engagements, resource use, project progress, risks, issue resolution, and portfolio health
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of five years of experience managing projects or programs in technology or operations settings
- Proven ability to lead multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously
- Skilled at transforming unclear or incomplete requirements into structured plans through analysis and inquiry
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with experience identifying risks and creating effective mitigation strategies
- Highly analytical mindset with a track record of using data to inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working across distributed teams and remote locations
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- PMP, ITIL, or related certification is preferred but not required
