Lead solution strategy across the sales lifecycle
Drive discovery workshops, craft compelling narratives, and deliver persuasive presentations for RFPs, executive briefings, and oral presentations. You’ll build pricing models tied to measurable business impact—covering cloud, software, AI tooling, and infrastructure—while balancing technical depth with executive-level outcomes.
Orchestrate end-to-end technical solutions
Own the solution narrative across applications, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, and AI-integrated systems. You’ll combine broad technical fluency with deep expertise in at least one domain, ensuring proposals are feasible, differentiated, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
Advance offerings and enable teams
Package proven architectures and market-driven insights into reusable playbooks. Collaborate with product, delivery, and marketing to refine go-to-market strategies, contribute to sales enablement, and mentor junior solution engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 7–12+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or consulting within IT services, SaaS, or cloud/AI-driven environments
- Proven track record influencing or closing multi-million-dollar, multi-year services deals
- Hands-on experience with SDLC, cloud migrations, modernization, and infrastructure operations
- Experience designing solutions with AI integration, agent-based automation, copilots, or RAG systems
- Ability to build pricing models (T&M, fixed-price, outcome-based) tied to value realization
- Strong communication skills in English, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Comfort working across distributed, global teams
Preferred Background
- Direct experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with modern data and AI platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, vector databases, or LLM orchestration frameworks
- Consulting experience in Big 4, global system integrators, or boutique firms
- Industry exposure in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare
