Lead the technical direction of high-impact sales initiatives as a Senior Solution Engineer, where you'll bridge customer needs with advanced software solutions. You'll conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover business requirements, then design and present compelling demonstrations that showcase how NICE’s technology addresses real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customized demonstrations that map product capabilities to specific customer pain points
- Uncover technical and functional requirements through strategic questioning and analysis
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape solution strategies and support proof of concept deployments
- Respond effectively to technical components of RFIs and RFPs with clear, accurate documentation
- Communicate confidently across all organizational levels, from technical staff to executive leadership
- Guide clients through complex decision-making by highlighting value, usability, and long-term benefits
Qualifications and Experience
You bring a proven background in technical sales support for enterprise-grade software portfolios. Success in this role requires experience across full sales cycles, including solution design, demonstration development, and strategic deal execution.
- Minimum of 7 years in technical sales or solutions engineering for multi-product software environments
- At least 1 year focused on Conversational AI or Digital Transformation platforms in enterprise settings
- Strong track record in designing and delivering effective demos and POCs
- Ability to manage concurrent opportunities with precision and clarity
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with CCaaS, customer experience (CX), and AI-driven engagement platforms
- Experience with end-to-end SaaS solution sales cycles
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Industry certifications in cloud or software delivery technologies are a plus
