Role Overview
As an ERP Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for European clients using our ERP platform. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring clients get the most out of the system through effective technical and functional support. You'll diagnose and resolve system issues, assist with updates and patches, and help clients adopt best practices for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with support teams and end users
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within client ERP instances
- Deploy and maintain new builds, updates, and patches
- Execute SQL queries on client databases to support troubleshooting and reporting
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex system challenges
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required. You should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and demonstrated experience working with ERP systems. Fluency in English is essential, along with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Successful candidates will be able to manage multiple priorities, learn new technologies quickly, and deliver solutions efficiently. Experience in client-facing roles and familiarity with SQL are highly valued.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model, based in Cluj-Napoca, with at least two days per week in the office. Remote work within the EU is permitted up to 20 days per year, subject to policy.
