Lead and manage trust audit initiatives for clients in the financial services sector, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle. You will oversee project planning, coordinate timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned trust audit procedures with accuracy and adherence to professional standards
- Act as Engagement In-charge, leading client teams and maintaining consistent, proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Assess the design and effectiveness of trust-related processes and controls
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through analysis and stakeholder interviews
- Report audit findings clearly to clients and escalate issues to appropriate leadership as needed
- Stay current with firm service offerings and identify potential areas for collaboration when capacity allows
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of five years of trust audit or consulting experience at a professional services firm is required—six years if from a financial services organization.
Essential skills include strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Copilot is expected. Experience in financial services, consulting, or audit compliance is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $118,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus tied to individual and firm performance.
