What You'll Do
- Design and implement core blockchain protocols and features using Substrate
- Build, test, and deploy scalable and secure runtime modules
- Collaborate with the engineering team to define architecture and best practices
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a distributed systems environment
- Contribute to code reviews and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven expertise with Substrate and the Rust programming language
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and consensus mechanisms
- Experience with cryptography, distributed systems, and peer-to-peer networking
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
