Ashby is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Product Engineering team in the EU. You will take full ownership of major product areas, blending engineering, product, and design responsibilities to build innovative solutions for real customer challenges.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership over a large portion of one of Ashby's products
- Own projects end-to-end, including product and design decisions
- Research competitors and customer needs
- Write product specifications
- Create wireframes and prototypes
- Implement frontend and backend components
- Design and build automated interview scheduling features
- Develop a generalized declarative filter architecture
- Speccing, designing, and implementing features like in-app offer signing
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other engineers to deliver projects
- Vet technical and product decisions with appropriate stakeholders
- Communicate progress and setbacks proactively
- Participate in customer issue investigations and support
