Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a product domain, from defining problems to deploying solutions and refining based on outcomes.
- Guide engineering teams through complex projects by authoring and evaluating design documentation and making key architectural choices.
- Ensure systems are dependable and transparent by building with observability in mind and contributing to incident resolution and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and operations teams to identify and implement high-impact workflow enhancements.
- Support junior engineers by conducting code reviews, engaging in pair programming, and promoting strong engineering and product practices.
- Proactively find and act on ways to reduce complexity in architecture, internal processes, and user interfaces to boost efficiency and usability.
