Join Leadtech as a Senior SEM Specialist focused on developing strategies to optimize project visibility and increase website accessibility. You will be an active part of our SEM team, implementing and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms and languages to achieve our mission of empowering clients and employees in the online business world.
What You'll Do
- Implement PPC strategy and tactics across platforms like Google and Bing.
- Optimize and test PPC campaigns on multi-language accounts.
- Conduct keyword research and search query analysis.
- Create and test ads to improve quality score.
- Optimize conversion tracking to increase ROI and drive volume.
- Develop new seasonal and promotional offers, optimizing landing pages, text ads, keywords, and bids.
- Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, and keyword development tools.
- Create briefings for creative assets and collaborate with design teams.
- Define and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Target specific audiences for each campaign purpose.
- Report and analyze performance metrics including CPA, CPL, ROI, KPIs, and CTR.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as an SEM Specialist.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Spanish.
