Wolters Kluwer seeks a Senior Scrum Master to act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams operating within a Scrum delivery model. In this role, you will empower teams to take ownership, guide them to self-organize, and champion Scrum and SAFe practices to drive effective delivery.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and refinement sessions.
- Champion Scrum and/or SAFe practices, tailoring approaches to meet team and organizational needs.
- Empower teams to take ownership of delivery and decision-making, while guiding them to self-organize.
- Identify and remove impediments at the team and program level, escalating when needed.
- Foster psychological safety and support healthy team dynamics and collaboration.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, UX, and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
- Drive transparency through information radiators such as dashboards, Jira boards, and team metrics.
- Encourage exploration of emerging tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT to streamline workflow and spark innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Total 6+ years of experience, with 4+ years specifically as a Scrum Master.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, with hands-on experience supporting SAFe environments.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) is required.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Nice to Have
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
- Curiosity about applying AI responsibly within Agile delivery.

This role follows a hybrid work model and is based in Pune.
