Broadcom is looking for an Account Director to deliver positive, quantifiable results for our customers. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the overall customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring customer success and renewal maximization through a customer-centric and solutions-oriented approach.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the overall customer experience by leveraging your network, business process knowledge, and sales expertise to create and nurture customer relationships.
- Collaborate with regional partners to utilize a solutions-oriented, systematic approach to upsell, leveraging sales best practices and Broadcom's sales methodology.
- Minimize churn in assigned accounts and collaborate with partner resources to drive adoption and expansion.
- Effectively manage accounts, generating short-term results while holding a long-term perspective to maximize overall account viability.
- Develop and drive company strategy for aligned accounts and provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Know and understand specific products, how to identify solutions to meet customers' business needs, and how to appropriately position solutions.
- Ensure all renewals are maximized to protect the base and proactively contact accounts to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience
Nice to Have
- Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience
- PhD and 3+ years of related experience
