As Gerente Comercial at Pluxee, you will play a key strategic role in capturing market share within the Chilean B2B landscape. You will drive new business opportunities in the private sector by identifying strategic clients and creating long-term value, focused on increasing penetration for our employee benefits solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee all sales activities and initiatives for the hunter segment.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress against goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales with proven expertise in B2B consultative sales.
- More than 2-3 years in a sales management role, specifically leading sales hunting teams with high prospecting challenges.
- Proficient level of both English and Spanish.
- Core competencies: Leadership, Hands-on Mindset, Stakeholder Management, Goal Orientation, Dynamism, Innovation, Persuasion, Discipline, Resilience, and Analysis.

- Expertise with a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is highly valued.
