About the Role

7133 Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to drive the promotion and sale of our medical devices. In this role, you will engage directly with healthcare professionals in Taipei, managing a dedicated territory and focusing on achieving ambitious sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and sell medical devices, demonstrating product features and benefits, and meeting sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest medical device technology, clinical data, and competitor products.
  • Assist with product demonstrations, provide technical support during procedures, and ensure proper device usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses.
  • Manage and develop a sales territory, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales goals.
  • Travel to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to meet with clients and attend industry events.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex medical devices and their applications.
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a sales territory and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of medical device market trends, competitor activity, and reimbursement policies.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, healthcare administration, or business) is typically required.

Nice to Have

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry, is often preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and clinical practices is beneficial.

Work Mode

This role operates primarily in-person within Taipei, centered around Zhong Xiao E Rd, requiring travel to local healthcare facilities and client sites.
