lempire is looking for a Senior Sales / Senior Account Executive who is fluent in French to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality customers for our products, including the sales engagement platform lemlist. You will manage the entire sales cycle for mid-market companies, driving growth in a highly ambitious company aiming to be a world-class leader in Sales Tech.
What You'll Do
- Acquire high-quality customers for lemlist and lempire's product suite.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospection, negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding.
- Focus on companies with 100 to 1,000 employees and sales teams between 5 to 100 people.
- Leverage both inbound (Demo Requests, Product-Led Sales) and outbound strategies, using tools like lemlist to find prospects.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French.
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales role as a top performer (top 20%).
- Proven sales expertise in prospecting, creating interest, delivering value, and closing deals.
- Experience in outbound sales: Cold call/Cold email/LinkedIn outreach, with the ability to generate 50% of your own pipeline.
- A competitive team player.
- A self-starter who doesn't need supervision to work hard.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to Have
- An interest in the Sales stack and sales automation software is a strong plus.
