Medtronic is hiring a Senior Sales Representative, Pelvic Health - Orlando, FL

Drive growth in pelvic health therapies by advancing the adoption of implantable medical devices within the Orlando, FL region. This role centers on expanding market presence through direct engagement with physicians, hospitals, and payors, with a focus on building sustainable clinical practices and ensuring reimbursement success at the account level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support strategic implant centers to strengthen clinical adoption and long-term account performance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key medical specialists, including urologists, neurologists, and colorectal surgeons
  • Take ownership of reimbursement planning and execution for assigned accounts
  • Deliver technical and clinical support for therapy devices, ensuring seamless integration into practice workflows
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to expand market reach and sales effectiveness
  • Present business and marketing strategies to healthcare decision-makers to support territory expansion
  • Coordinate field activities across teams and ensure compliance with credentialing and quality standards
  • Travel regularly to clinics, hospitals, and meetings, with approximately half of time spent driving within the territory

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent plus eight years of relevant experience, an Associate’s degree with six years, or a Bachelor’s degree with four years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences. A valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and U.S. work authorization are required. Candidates must reside in the Orlando area and be prepared for frequent regional travel.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in neurology, urology, or implantable therapies, along with familiarity in managed care environments and OR settings. Strong business planning, financial analysis, and consultative sales skills are highly valued. Knowledge of regulatory and quality systems in medical technology is an asset.

Compensation & Work Environment

This position offers a base salary range of $75,000, with total target compensation enhanced by a performance-based incentive plan. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement planning, tuition assistance, and well-being programs. The role is remote with a requirement to live within the assigned territory and travel frequently, involving up to 50% driving time.
