About the Role

Lead sales and strategic account development for neuromodulation therapies within the Orlando region, focusing on expanding the reach of pelvic health solutions in clinical settings. Serve as the primary liaison for implanting centers, guiding long-term relationships and supporting the growth of physician practices through targeted outreach and collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and physician networks
  • Manage end-to-end account operations, from initial engagement to ongoing support and reimbursement coordination
  • Deliver technical and clinical insights on implantable devices to medical professionals, ensuring informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to strengthen market presence and sales execution
  • Support adoption of therapy solutions through data-driven planning and joint business development initiatives
  • Travel regularly across the territory, including overnight trips, to meet with clients and attend offsite meetings
  • Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and quality system requirements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus 8+ years of sales or clinical experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences
  • OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
  • Ability to drive up to 50% of the time and travel overnight as needed
  • Independently mobile and capable of regular computer use and team communication
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization
