About the Role

Lead Sales and Partner Development in a Key BC Region

This role is responsible for managing and growing sales performance across a defined territory in the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, British Columbia. You will work directly with national retail accounts and independent TELUS/Koodo dealers to strengthen partnerships, improve product knowledge, and exceed sales targets for all TELUS family brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with channel partners through consistent communication, on-site visits, and high-quality training sessions.
  • Deliver clear, engaging education on TELUS and Koodo product offerings, ensuring partners are confident and informed when serving customers.
  • Use sales data and market insights to shape district-level strategies and action plans that improve efficiency and drive performance.
  • Identify and resolve partner challenges quickly, escalating complex issues to internal teams when necessary.
  • Act as a brand representative in the community, providing internal teams with timely feedback on local market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be based in and able to regularly travel within the Lower Mainland, BC.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience, with a focus on retail or dealer channels, business development, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and deliver excellent service.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for regular field travel.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable working from home with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.

Preferred Background

  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience analyzing sales data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian wireless and home services market is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid remote role with frequent travel to partner locations. You will operate from a home-based office and must be available for occasional evening and weekend engagements based on business needs.

  • Competitive base salary with annual bonus potential

  • 15 days of vacation (pro-rated in year one), 4 sick days, 2 personal days, and 1 moving day annually
  • One-year contract term
