About the Role

Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Senior Sales Representative CRM to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will be the key to optimal patient care, focusing on strategic and operational management of hospitals and specialist doctors for our GenMed portfolio (Diabetes, Cardiology, Nephrology). You will architect brand strategy by deeply understanding clinic decision structures.

What You'll Do

  • Strategically and operationally manage hospitals and specialist centers crucial for the entire GenMed portfolio.
  • Understand the decision-making structures of each clinic and develop an optimal account-specific strategy.
  • Ensure the care of specialists and doctors in clinics with high professional expertise.
  • Represent portfolio priorities per account within the cross-functional team.
  • Visit clinics, large specialist centers, and pharmacies to identify key decision-makers in diabetology, cardiology, and nephrology.
  • Architect the brand strategy by informing, exploring needs, networking, and planning strategically.
  • Organize and conduct interdisciplinary events for clinic doctors and specialists.
  • Plan numerous activities and develop strategies autonomously using market data, experience, and customer relationships.
  • Act as a knowledge provider for important target groups.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within hospitals.
  • Familiarity with the German Medicines Act (AMG § 75) and the role of a certified pharmaceutical representative (proof required).

  • Strong analytical skills to unlock and optimally utilize potentials, networks, and processes.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team, recognize customer needs, and develop effective solutions.

  • Good English skills to access scientific studies and apply insights beneficially.
  • Empathy to interact with customers on an equal level.
