We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to guide the transformation of a client's existing loyalty platform into a modern, scalable solution powered by Salesforce Loyalty Management (Loyalty Cloud). This role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience tailored to the unique demands of the Hospitality and Entertainment industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of the loyalty platform migration to Salesforce Loyalty Cloud
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated within the broader Salesforce ecosystem
- Provide technical oversight during development and deployment phases
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management (Loyalty Cloud)
- Strong background in Salesforce platform architecture

- Industry experience in Hospitality or Entertainment
- Previous role as a Salesforce Architect with end-to-end project involvement
