Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value contracts
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns for regional markets
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Work closely with customer success teams to ensure client retention
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
- Drive adoption of solutions within public and private healthcare providers
- Manage a team of sales professionals to maximize performance
- Set clear objectives and development paths for direct reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in sales processes
- Translate customer feedback into product and service improvements
- Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and use cases
- Coordinate with technical teams during pre-sales evaluations
