Responsibilities
- Promote and position specific services and solutions tailored to the financial industry
- Identify potential clients and build long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with internal delivery and engineering units as well as third-party partners
- Create and execute strategies to grow accounts via up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Act as a representative at customer meetings, industry events, and sector conferences
- Ensure proposed solutions support client business objectives to establish strategic partnership status
- Manage sales forecasts and maintain an updated pipeline using CRM systems
- Contribute to internal sales training and mentorship programs
