What You'll Do
As a Regional Sales Manager focused on new accounts in Finland, you will identify and secure enterprise-level customers for advanced cybersecurity solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships with decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to understand business needs and align them with scalable security offerings.
You’ll create and execute strategic account plans, guiding prospects from initial contact through to closed deals. Throughout the sales cycle, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and early adoption, setting the foundation for long-term success.
Accurate forecasting and consistent CRM documentation are central to the role. You’ll track opportunity progress, customer pain points, and engagement details, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. After initial account setup, you’ll transition relationships to dedicated renewal and expansion teams.
Requirements
You bring deep experience in enterprise software sales, particularly within cybersecurity or cloud-based solutions. You’re skilled at navigating complex organizational structures and influencing executive stakeholders. Your consultative approach allows you to uncover business challenges and position technology as a strategic enabler.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-complexity, high-value environments is essential. You’re fluent in sales methodologies and understand the full lifecycle of software adoption, from licensing models like Falcon Flex to post-sale enablement. Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills are required to close deals at scale.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent background is preferred, along with at least eight years of relevant sales experience.
