Kaufland e-commerce is hiring a (Senior) Sales Manager to drive the growth of our international online marketplace. You will be responsible for acquiring new sellers and significantly expanding our product assortment, connecting top retailers and brands with our platform.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and approach leading online retailers and brands.
- Enhance the breadth and depth of the marketplace's product offerings.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify potential partners.
- Provide comprehensive commercial and technical support to sellers.
- Implement seller ideas as new marketplace features.
- Present our marketplace at e-commerce trade fairs and events.
- Work closely with technology, marketing, and product data management teams.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed vocational training or degree.
- Fluent German (native speaker level) and English (C1 proficiency).
- Enjoyment working in an international environment.
- Ability to inspire and engage other people.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and high level of team orientation.
- Creativity and conceptual strength.
- Excellent numerical and analytical understanding.
