DXC Technology is hiring a Senior Sales Executive focused on the Defence sector. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving digital transformation within UK Defence and National Security environments. This role involves building a high-quality pipeline, leading the full sales cycle, and developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets within the UK Defence sector.
- Build and grow a high-quality pipeline across existing Defence accounts and new Defence opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including client call plans, pursuit strategies, and close plans.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior Defence stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
- Stay current on DXC’s Defence offerings, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work collaboratively with industry teams, account leadership, solutioning, and delivery.
- Provide accurate, transparent and predictable forecasting using DXC processes and tools.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across secure cloud, cyber, digital engineering, and managed services.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in senior sales roles, consistently exceeding targets.
- 10+ years selling IT services or solutions into the UK Defence or National Security sector.
- Strong understanding of Defence procurement processes (MOD, DE&S, Front-Line Commands, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex pursuits.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with an established network across Defence stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to position high-value, complex solutions.
- Effective collaborator with outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail, disciplined reporting, and strong sales rigor.
- Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (mandatory).
