Role Overview

In this role, you will leverage Homescan panel data to develop high-impact analytical solutions for clients in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Your work will center on uncovering patterns in consumer behaviour and combining them with attitudinal research to address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in panel data systems and their advanced applications to support client-facing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for data-driven projects and promote the value of integrated insights.
- Uncover and advance analytical project opportunities using consumer panel data, guiding them from concept to closure.
- Design custom research methodologies, including survey development, tailored to client objectives, and coordinate with internal analytics teams for implementation.
- Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders, translating complex findings into strategic recommendations.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure clients receive timely, relevant solutions that combine behavioural and attitudinal data.
- Act as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment between client needs and internal capabilities to deliver integrated outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven background working with consumer or shopper panel datasets, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and convert findings into practical business strategies.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in project planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivering results through teamwork.
- Capable of building trusted relationships with internal partners and external clients at all levels.
