Join a forward-thinking trading support team as a Trader Support Officer, where you'll play a key role in guiding clients through onboarding, technical support, and account management. Working primarily in German and English, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for both new and existing clients across German-speaking regions.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to client inquiries through live chat, email, and phone with clarity and professionalism.
- Guide users through platform setup, trading tools, and troubleshooting steps.
- Verify identity documents and manage KYC processes to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM and ensure data accuracy.
- Support affiliate partners by managing agreements, tracking performance, and processing monthly commissions.
- Translate marketing content and website materials into German to enhance local relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client cases efficiently.
What You Bring
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- At least one year of customer-facing support experience, ideally in finance or trading.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating digital systems.
- Attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time sensitivity.
- A proactive approach to client service and a positive, solution-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work during designated shifts, including public holidays.
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with financial instruments such as forex, futures, stocks, or cryptocurrencies.
- Additional language skills beyond German and English.
