Role Overview
Freelance contributors are needed to support the improvement of e-commerce search performance in global markets. Working remotely, you'll assess the relevance of product listings returned in response to Portuguese-language search queries. Your evaluations will help shape the accuracy of search algorithms, ensuring users find what they're looking for more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate how well product results match specific search queries on online marketplaces
- Analyze tasks that include a query and associated product details
- Use contextual information such as search category and marketplace to guide assessments
- Compare results from different sources to determine relevance accuracy

Qualifications
- Near-native fluency in Portuguese and strong command of English
- Familiarity with online shopping and consumer behavior
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply structured guidelines
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
Work Environment
This is a fully remote, task-based position with flexible scheduling. Contributors can complete assignments at their convenience, as long as deadlines are met. Work is accessed through a secure online platform, with availability ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week based on performance and project needs.
Compensation
Payment is based on the number of completed tasks, with rates determined by task complexity and volume completed. There is no fixed salary, and work is offered on a freelance basis without equity or benefits.
