Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks a Senior Revenue Analyst - Revenue Accounting to lead critical revenue accounting processes in a global, fast-growing technology environment. In this remote role based in India, you will ensure alignment with IFRS 15 standards and enable insightful financial reporting across all business units.
What You'll Do
- Review customer contracts to ensure proper revenue accounting in accordance with IFRS 15.
- Lead monthly revenue close activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of recognized revenue.
- Process revenue-bearing transactions in the ERP system and reconcile related accounts at period-end.
- Analyze complex revenue arrangements and apply the appropriate accounting treatment.
- Prepare revenue disclosures and footnotes for financial and statutory reporting.
- Support external audit and compliance activities with well-documented evidence and reports.
- Collaborate across departments to improve revenue-related processes and introduce automation for enhanced efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance revenue accounting policies, procedures, and metrics for internal and external reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical application of IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and providing clear, actionable insights.
- Highly analytical mindset, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience preferably within the technology sector or a Big 4 firm.
