We’re building a pipeline of talent for high-impact roles in fraud and identity, tailored to individuals who thrive on uncovering how systems are exploited and how to protect them. If you're driven by understanding the mechanics behind fraud and are motivated to turn insights into action, this path is designed to align with your strengths.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze evolving fraud tactics, identifying patterns and vulnerabilities across digital systems
- Turn findings into practical improvements—whether in product design, detection logic, or operational workflows
- Own key performance indicators related to fraud loss, detection accuracy, and system efficiency
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance identity verification and risk mitigation tools
- Design scalable processes that detect, respond to, and prevent fraudulent activity
- Engage directly with users to understand their pain points and refine solutions accordingly
- Stay informed on trends in digital identity, financial crime, and adversarial behavior
What We’re Looking For
- 2-6+ years in fraud, risk, fintech, analytics, product, or related fields
- A natural curiosity about how fraud works—and how to stop it
- Structured problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis
- Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
- Adaptability in fast-changing, uncertain environments
- Clear communication skills, especially when translating technical details for broader audiences
- Experience working across technical and business teams
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools; SQL or Python experience is a strong advantage
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country
Work Environment
This role supports a hybrid model with team presence in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram, and Bengaluru. While many roles support remote collaboration, some—like engineering in India—require in-office work. The organization operates as digital-first, enabling seamless teamwork across geographies.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $230,000 annually, with equity included. Health insurance is fully covered for employees and dependents. Additional offerings include a 401(k) with company match, flexible PTO, home office support, and periodic in-person gatherings. We value follow-through, deep insight, resourcefulness, and smart decision-making as core cultural principles.
