Shape talent strategy for business and go-to-market functions in a high-growth technology company. As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring for roles in Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and team values.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for business-facing roles, from sourcing to offer close, with a focus on quality and speed
- Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to define needs, assess market dynamics, and guide decision-making
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines and adapt approaches for technical roles when required
- Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion, and prioritize efforts effectively
- Lead high-impact searches and align stakeholders around key hires, ensuring consistent evaluation and feedback
- Champion candidate experience through structured interviews and timely communication
- Use data to refine recruiting workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the ATS
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team-wide best practices
- Support continuous improvement of hiring processes to scale with company growth
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in tech or startup environments, with deep exposure to business and GTM hiring
- Proven success hiring in competitive markets and influencing outcomes for senior-level roles
- Strong judgment in candidate assessment and ability to advise on positioning and market alignment
- Experience using Ashby or similar ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Skill in translating data into actionable recruiting strategies
- Self-direction and adaptability in a fast-moving, evolving organization
- Commitment to inclusive hiring and building culturally aligned teams
- U.S. work authorization and residency required; ability to travel approximately six times per year
- Preference for candidates based in Austin who can occasionally work from the office

Compensation
Base salary range: $140,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity. Final offer will depend on experience and location.
