As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring for branch positions across Wisconsin, playing a key role in connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate closely with branch managers, supervisors, and state leaders to identify staffing priorities and fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for branch-level roles, from sourcing to offer coordination
- Use an Applicant Tracking System and virtual interview tools to manage candidate flow
- Build relationships with hiring teams to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Conduct virtual interviews, assessing candidates on both skills and cultural fit
- Support hiring decisions by providing clear, data-informed recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date records, notes, and recruiting metrics for continuous improvement
- Help shape strategies that strengthen talent pipelines and reduce time-to-hire
- Attend local recruiting events or meetings as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and virtual interview platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Knowledge of employment regulations and ethical recruiting standards
- Residency in Wisconsin to support local hiring efforts
- A reliable remote work environment with high-speed internet
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings or events
